Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the clinical operations of our organization, ensuring that every patient interaction is safe, compliant, and scalable. As Head of Clinical Services, you will be responsible for leading the evolution of our clinical operations, building on our governance and compliance foundations to create proactive, streamlined systems that keep us trusted by regulators, valued by clinicians, and safe for patients.

This role is not just about governance; it's about embedding clinical integrity into product, commercial, and operational design, striking the right balance between safety and scale. You will lead Training, Compliance & Quality, Risk & Governance, and Nursing, with oversight of Medical Directors. Critically, you will partner closely with our Founders, stepping into areas they have historically led, and building confidence that our clinical operations are managed with rigor, safety, and scalability.
