Job Title: ServiceNow Implementation Lead

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Implementation Lead to join our team at HiTech Group. As a ServiceNow Implementation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our clients to transition from Cherwell to ServiceNow.

Job Summary:

The successful ServiceNow Implementation Lead will be responsible for leading and delivering all aspects of transition for complex enterprise platforms across multiple programs of work. You will manage and maintain an acceptable risk profile via the risk register and be the primary resource responsible for the development of high-level concepts to drive through to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver all aspects of transition for complex enterprise platforms across multiple programs of work
  • Manage and maintain an acceptable risk profile via the risk register
  • Develop and implement high-level concepts to drive through to implementation
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of Service Management and Delivery in a Federal Government context
  • Demonstrated experience in overseeing design and implementation of complex tool ecosystems – ServiceNow, Splunk etc
  • 5-10 year experience in governance, transformation and oversight of service management and delivery
What We Offer:

We offer a rewarding hourly rate and hybrid working arrangements. The successful ServiceNow Implementation Lead will be offered a 3-year contract with the view to extend for a further 2 years.
