Job Description

This role is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of policies and processes that drive a culture of innovation and growth with a particular focus on recruitment and training & development.

You will work across levels and teams to ensure alignment and consistency in the Employee Value Proposition, fostering a positive culture and contributing to the achievement of company goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop P&C Framework policies with Executive team members.
  • Implement and automate procedures across Employee lifecycle with management team support.
  • Utilise HRIS for goal setting for teams and individuals.
  • Support department managers to manage the performance of their team, ensuring and maintaining high-performance culture.
  • Design and implement Learning & Development programs / frameworks.
  • Promote EVP on relevant digital platforms.
  • Coordinate talent acquisition program.
  • Maintain accuracy of data in Employment Hero (HRIS).
  • Work with payroll provider to ensure consistency and accuracy across platforms.
  • Communicate effectively through Intranet (SharePoint), email and Slack.
About You

You are an experienced Human Resource Professional with 5+ years experience in a similar role, preferably in Financial or Insurance Industry. You have solid understanding of HR practices, particularly recruitment and managing performance.

  • Excellent organisational and co-ordination abilities.
  • Task management and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience in development and implementation of Training & Development strategies.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and software.
  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
