Insurance Business Development Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to the growth of our insurance business. This opportunity will be based in Melbourne and involves working closely with clients to identify their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.

About the Position

  • Support senior professionals in all aspects of client services, including client contact, administration, and technical support.
  • Collaborate with senior professionals to manage portfolios, identifying products that benefit clients and meeting their needs.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, acquiring and understanding their business and insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating a passion for delivering quality work performance.
  • Develop strong teamwork skills, maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate with various audiences, using excellent communication skills.
  • Have experience in an insurance environment – preferably Tier 1 or prepared to work towards this level.
  • Possess intermediate computer skills, including MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
