Our organisation seeks a skilled leader to manage a community nursing team in the Western Sydney Local Health District. As a Chronic and Complex Clinical Nursing Unit Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and outcomes.
This role requires exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop nursing staff in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with clients, patients, and healthcare teams.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee client care teams to achieve outstanding patient results.
- Ensure efficient utilisation of resources and implement effective budget management strategies.
- Develop and implement professional development initiatives to advance staff capabilities and growth.
- Accept accountability for own actions and decisions.
Requirements:
Holds current Registered Nurse division 1 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration.Possesses relevant clinical management and leadership experience or qualifications.Demonstrated expertise in leadership and management, with the ability to inspire and motivate nursing staff.Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.-
