Public Sector Leader

As a senior leader, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and operational support to our executive team.

The Role:

You will provide expert advice on complex issues and projects, establish effective governance arrangements, and ensure secretariat support for successful operation. You will monitor and contribute to development of strategic and corporate planning activities, leading cross-divisional projects and key reporting functions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaison Officer: Act as an executive point of contact, liaising with stakeholders and coordinating communications.
  • Brief Preparation: Prepare briefs for the Minister's Office and executives.
  • Communication Expert: Manage and review high-level correspondence, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Strategic Advisor: Research and prepare strategic advice, information, and reports on diverse policy, planning, and operational matters.
  • Collaborative Partner: Work closely with executives and subject matter experts to deliver timely and effective advice and reports.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge, skills, and experience at a senior level in Government protocols and procedures.
  • Experience in brief writing and supporting executive leadership teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
