Job Title: Senior Speech Pathology Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to lead our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and support the therapy team in delivering high-quality clinical services.
  • Assess and develop treatment plans for clients in the clinic or via Telehealth.
  • Oversee client onboarding, maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, external health professionals and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Occasionally visit clients in the community to provide tailored support.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist.
  • Active membership with a professional speech pathology association.
  • Current Working With Children Check and National Police Check.
  • Full Australian working rights and eligibility for Medicare Provider Status.
  • Professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience working with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
  • Proven experience in supervising junior staff and/or students.
  • Interest in working with multidisciplinary teams and promoting collaborative practice.
