The Therapeutic Residential Care program provides a supportive environment for young people who have experienced trauma, neglect, and disrupted attachment. The program aims to promote healing, resilience, and well-being through therapeutic interventions, education, and life skills training.
The Clinical Team Leader will oversee the management of all clinical activities across the TRC program, including assessment, intervention, and system support practices.
- Managing clinical delivery of program activities where required.
- Ensuring effective oversight of service management, adherence to case flows, and maintaining relevant client records in accordance with Australian standards.
- Developing collaborative stakeholder relationships and managing risk and safety in clinical practice.
Key responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of trauma's impact on mental health, attachment, and development, with the ability to educate others on these issues. They will also possess demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality clinical assessments and interventions for children, young people, and families.
The successful applicant will be expected to travel regularly to other sites and work collaboratively with the team to facilitate reflective practice and build knowledge of therapeutic strategies.
