Therapeutic Services Manager

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team and work with clients who have experienced family violence. The successful candidate will provide online and face-to-face therapeutic services, including intake, assessment, and counseling.
The role requires the ability to adapt therapeutic interventions to meet the complex needs of clients, including those with a history of trauma. Experience working with children, young people, and adults is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based psychological therapeutic interventions to clients
- Conduct assessments and risk management
- Maintain comprehensive records in accordance with Family Life policy
- Work closely with the team to identify opportunities to improve the program and promote positive outcomes for clients
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Psychology from an accredited tertiary institution
- Registration as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and registration (or registration eligibility) with Medicare
- Demonstrated experience in providing intake, assessment, and counseling services to clients with diverse backgrounds and presentations
This is a part-time, fixed-term position that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients. You will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team and will have access to additional resources and support.
OthersThe successful candidate will be required to administer cognitive, ASD, and ADHD assessments and formulate reports. They will also need to work autonomously and as part of a team, demonstrating high-level written and verbal communication skills.
