**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Therapeutic Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical assessment, consultancy and therapeutic support to our Residential Care program.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct assessments and develop therapeutic treatment plans with clients and care teams.
  • Collaborate with clients and care teams to achieve agreed goals within a specified timeframe.
  • Work with the Teaching Family Model consultant to support staff, provide training, and implement the model in a tailored approach for each child.

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A high degree of self-discipline with the ability to provide targeted clinical services within strict timeframes.
  • A demonstrated ability to provide a high standard of complex direct service in the clinical assessment and treatment of children, young people and families.
  • An appropriate Bachelor degree in a Health or Welfare related field (e.g., Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, Family Therapy, Speech Pathology) or related discipline, with significant clinical experience with children (minimum 5 years).
