About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead our Grocery portfolio across Coles and Woolworths. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and coaching talent within an organisation.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in Business Management, ideally with experience working with major retailers. They will possess strong commercial acumen, high levels of tenacity and resilience, and a result-oriented mentality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Grocery team across multiple portfolios across both Coles and Woolworths
  • Develop strategic partnerships with retailers through effective joint business planning

  • Contribute to the strategy development of the Grocery portfolio
  • Drive engagement and motivation within the team
