We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to drive strategic account plans for high volume transactional accounts within the grocery and mass merchant channels.
This role will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with customer stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives and developing innovative solutions to meet diverse and complex needs.
Your Role:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive sustainable sales growth and profitability within grocery and mass merchant channels.
- Support market intelligence and competitive analysis, identifying macro trends, opportunities, and risks to inform high-level strategic planning and decision-making for business growth.
- Create and execute commercial strategies, including impactful distribution and promotional activities that drive market leadership and sales excellence.
- Participate in critical customer negotiations, securing strategic agreements that drive mutual value and align with long-term business goals for sustained growth.
- Deliver compelling presentations to senior level audiences, articulating complex value propositions and solutions driving customer buy-in.
- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve sales performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize customer engagement, satisfaction, and overall business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.
You're the right fit if:
- You hold a degree in Commerce, Business, or Marketing and come with experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Business Development, Account Management in B2C environments from specialty consumer, FMCG, or healthcare domains.
- Able to drive business growth through effective market research, data analysis, and sales forecasting while developing proposals and monitoring KPIs.
- Manage customer relationships and accounts, employing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and ensure continuous improvement.
- Utilize commercial acumen to develop and implement business development initiatives, optimizing stakeholder management and CRM systems.
