Administrative Support Professional - Permanent Opportunity Available

A dynamic and collaborative work environment is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide comprehensive support in the day-to-day operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively manage the daily running of the office, including mail, deliveries, supplies, and orders.
  2. Assist in coordinating events and activities for the office, including client meetings and industry events.
  3. Coordinate vehicle and equipment maintenance/management.
  4. Manage financial aspects including purchase orders, service invoice payments, credit card payments and reconciliation, expense claims, client invoicing, and project assistance.
  5. Support office health and safety management, including visitor sign-in, office safety checks, maintaining safety equipment, and reporting within the QSR system.
  6. Assist project managers in drafting proposals and tenders, including compiling, reviewing, formatting, and submission of documents.
  7. Provide assistance with deliverables, including MS Word formatting, collation of information, scanning, and binding.
  8. Manage travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and assist with staff expense claims.

Requirements:

We are looking for an individual with a minimum of two years' experience in an administration role, possessing:

  1. Excellent organisational skills and multitasking abilities.
  2. A positive attitude with a proactive approach to tasks.
  3. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  4. Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
  5. Proven experience in administration for medium-large organisations.
