In this strategic role, you will connect with the market and pursue new business opportunities. Your focus will be on developing strong partnerships with customers while working within a collaborative team-oriented environment.
\- Experience in sales and product training is advantageous.
- A clear ability to communicate through all staff levels of our customers' businesses is required.
This full-time position involves field-based work, requiring daily activities such as territory planning, face-to-face meetings, virtual sessions, and travel across Victoria and interstate. Occasional extended hours and weekend events, including trade shows, are also involved.
\The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Professional Sales or Business Development Representative, holding excellent questioning skills, communication, negotiation, analytical skills, and presentation delivery abilities. Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce) and working knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook, are essential. A valid passport, driver's license, reliable motor vehicle, and ability to travel internationally and across Australia are also necessary requirements.
