About the Role
As a Fleet Services Officer, you'll be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks within the Fleet Services Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the fleet industry and utilize their existing customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- You'll complete administrative tasks such as registrations, fuel management, infringement, and toll management.
- You'll timely and accurately order, dispatch, and cancel fuel cards.
- You'll maintain accurate and meaningful internal records.
- You'll respond to clients and internal enquiries regarding fleet services-related matters in a professional manner.
- You'll provide administrative support to the fleet services team as required.
Requirements
- You'll have previous experience in a customer service role.
- You'll have strong organizational and prioritization skills, meeting specified deadlines and reporting regularly on progress.
- You'll be able to resolve problems through to complete resolution for customers in a timely and effective manner.
- You'll have a high level of proficiency in software packages, with advanced level of spreadsheeting and word processing skills.
- You'll be an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, demonstrating good listening and probing skills.
