Job Title: Fleet Services Officer

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join our Fleet Services Team as a Fleet Services Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including registrations, fuel management, infringement, and toll management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Completing administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ordering, dispatching, and cancelling fuel cards
  • Maintaining accurate and meaningful internal records
  • Responding to clients and internal enquiries in a professional manner
  • Providing administrative support to the Fleet Services Team as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to resolve problems through to complete resolution for customers
  • High level of proficiency in software packages, including advanced spreadsheeting and word processing skills
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
