This is a leadership position responsible for ensuring the tasks of the Fuel team are completed on time and accurately, while mitigating risks related to fuel card administration across the SG Fleet Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train, coach, and motivate the team to create a culture of collaborative leadership, process improvement, and communication.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal departments, ensuring effective communication and resolving any misunderstandings professionally.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the Fuel team to enhance quality and efficiency, ultimately improving the customer experience.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the fuel team, ensuring KPIs are met and supporting the company's vision and goals.
  • Provide regular monitoring and reporting on team performance and productivity to the National Manager, Fleet Services.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership, training, and coaching skills.
  • Experience in a leadership role.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with good listening and probing skills.
  • Proficiency in software packages, including advanced spreadsheet and word processing skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, meeting deadlines and reporting progress regularly.
  • Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
