Our Fleet Services Team

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Fleet Services Officer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including registrations, fuel management, infringement and toll management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Completing administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner
  • Timely and accurate ordering, dispatching and cancellation of fuel cards
  • Maintaining accurate and meaningful internal records
  • Responding to clients and internal enquiries regarding fleet services related matters in a professional manner
  • Providing administrative support to the fleet services team as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to resolve problems through to complete resolution for customers in a timely, effective manner
  • High level of proficiency in software packages with advanced level of spread sheeting and word processing skills
  • Effective communicator both verbally and in writing, demonstrating good listening, probing skills
