As a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the rhythm of the business for the TA org and acting as a strategic business partner for TA Directors and Senior Recruitment Managers. Your key responsibilities will include supporting operational planning cycles, business reviews, OLR reviews, tracking KPI performance, and highlighting gaps to goals. You will also be responsible for holding the team accountable for achieving path to green activities.

In this role, you will own Rhythm of the Business reporting, including TA Weekly and Monthly Business Reviews, reviewing data trends to identify any globally material changes, and working with TA Recruiting Managers to provide context and commentary. You will also manage and track adherence and progress toward achieving TA leadership level initiatives and goals.

The ideal candidate will be independent, creative, self-driven, and able to work in a highly ambiguous environment with minimal guidance. They will have strong problem-solving skills using data and anecdotes, excellent writing and communications skills, and the ability to operate in a lean, fast-paced, entrepreneurial, multi-cultural environment.

With 7+ years of program or project management experience, 5+ years of cross-functional experience, and knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level, you will be well-equipped to succeed in this role. A background in HR/Recruiting is also preferred.
