Job Summary

Latrobe Regional Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Support Specialist to join our Executive Support team. As an Executive Support Specialist, you will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Medical Officer and other Executive Directors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings and diaries, ensuring seamless communication and organization.
  • Draft high-level correspondence, reports, and agendas, demonstrating exceptional writing and communication skills.
  • Manage telephone and face-to-face enquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Provide administrative support for special projects and events, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in providing executive support in a healthcare or similar environment.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft high-level correspondence and reports.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe suite of products, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
