Key Responsibilities- Provide medical leadership and management of the Critical Care Unit
- Develop and implement clinical governance frameworks to ensure high-quality patient care
- Train and supervise medical and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree
- Eligible for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Fellowship of the CICM or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
