About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in NSW. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to join our team and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining existing client relationships, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the region. They will work closely with our regional sales and marketing teams to achieve short and long-term sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a regional sales plan to achieve sales, profit, and market position targets
  • IDentify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing deals
  • Manage client relationships throughout the sales cycle
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback on market conditions, customer developments, and project progress using provided tools
  • Deliver regular reports as required
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business-to-business sales
  • Demonstrated business development skills and sales results
  • Industry knowledge of motor vehicles or industrial services
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Commerce, Business, or related fields advantageous
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
  • Advanced report writing skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Licence to drive manual vehicles (C class) essential
