About the Role

The Membership Development Specialist is responsible for driving sales and member acquisition for Collective Wellness Group's Anytime Fitness locations. This role requires a strong passion for the fitness industry and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new leads and convert sales to increase membership numbers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential members
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote the club and its services
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming gym environment
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting
Requirements
  • Outgoing and bubbly personality
  • Genuine passion for the fitness industry
  • Strong desire to make a difference in people's lives
  • Focused, professional, and reliable
  • Organized and high attention to detail
  • Ability to follow direction and contribute ideas
  • Strong work ethic
  • Sales background (an advantage)
