Senior Compliance Associate

\Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance, with experience in reviewing product information and ensuring compliance for Amazon listings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for classifying products using Amazon tools, addressing deviations from SOPs, and prioritizing tasks using reports to meet quality, productivity, and service targets.

\

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to share expertise in knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor peers.

\Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Basic SQL knowledge for data queries
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills
  • Problem-solving abilities with logical and creative approaches
\Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations
  • Proven experience in regulatory compliance management, including working with government agencies
  • 2+ years experience in Business Process Outsourcing across domains such as accounting, regulatory compliance, payment processing, IT services, human resources, or quality assurance
