Job Summary

The Compliance Officer will be responsible for conducting regulatory reviews, completing audits and preparing reports to ensure the organization is compliant with relevant financial regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting risk assessments and compliance monitoring to identify potential issues
  • Developing and reviewing policies and procedures to reflect regulatory changes
  • Assisting in preparing reports and filings required by regulatory bodies
  • Maintaining comprehensive compliance records and documentation

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, experience in conducting audits and policy development, and excellent analytical skills. Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a compliance, risk management or regulatory role
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance best practices
