Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Strata Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality reports, agendas, and minutes, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Oversee maintenance and repairs, ensuring the safety and integrity of each property.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Strata Manager, with a strong understanding of commercial portfolios.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to prepare and present financial reports and budgets.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
