Expanding Professional Real Estate Agency requires a proactive Property Manager/Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic team on either a FULL TIME or PART TIME basis.

Must Already Have Real Estate Certificate

  • Efficiently completing entry & exit inspections
  • Completing routine inspections
  • Communicating with landlords and tenants in relation to these inspections and other day-to-day property management tasks
  • Consulting with the Maintenance co-ordinator and other stakeholders to ensure maintenance is carried out in an acceptable manner
  • On-boarding new tenants
  • Other property management tasks may be required from time-to-time - if you have a particular passion for another part of property management, we may be able to extend the role to incorporate this too

Strong customer service skills will be required to problem solve a wide variety of scenarios that arise.

We expect the applicants to be able to learn new systems and work with online software .

Knowledge of the following is not essential but beneficial:

  • Console Cloud or similar trust accounting systems

  • Minimum 12 months Property Management or Assistant Property Management Experience preferred

Essential criteria:

  • A current Real estate certificate
  • Minimum 12 months Real Estate Office Experience (in any role)
  • A current Drivers licence
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • General Computer skills
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Local knowledge of the Noosa region
