About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Define Property Agents' as a Property Management Assistant. In this full-time role, you will be supporting our property management team in delivering exceptional service to our clients on the Sunshine Coast.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating and completing property inspections, and managing maintenance requests
  • Managing tenant and landlord enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Updating property and tenancy records
  • Providing general administrative support to the property management team as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar property management assistant or administrative role, within the real estate industry
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office suite
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
  • A positive, proactive and collaborative approach to work
