We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide efficient and effective administrative support across human resources, payroll, finance and general administration.
The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask and work well under pressure. They will also have experience in maintaining accurate records, managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to make a meaningful contribution to our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a wide range of administrative support relating to human resources, including maintaining files and supporting recruitment and selection processes.
- Deliver effective administrative support by providing leadership, training and allocating tasks to staff members.
- Manage purchasing and reimbursement requirements for staff in line with approved guidelines, liaising with Corporate and Financial Services as needed.
- Provide financial support to the Business Manager, including invoicing, assisting with approvals and contributing to monthly management reporting.
- Maintain and improve administrative systems and records, ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Experience in payroll, finance, human resources, facilities and records management.
- The ability to interpret and apply relevant policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and build effective relationships.
- A high level of initiative and problem-solving skills.
