Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a wide range of administrative support relating to human resources, including maintaining files and supporting recruitment and selection processes.
  • Deliver effective administrative support by providing leadership, training and allocating tasks to staff members.
  • Manage purchasing and reimbursement requirements for staff in line with approved guidelines, liaising with Corporate and Financial Services as needed.
  • Provide financial support to the Business Manager, including invoicing, assisting with approvals and contributing to monthly management reporting.
  • Maintain and improve administrative systems and records, ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Experience in payroll, finance, human resources, facilities and records management.
  • The ability to interpret and apply relevant policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and build effective relationships.
  • A high level of initiative and problem-solving skills.
