Our organization is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to support the delivery of category strategies, procurement projects and supplier management plans for indirect spend portfolios. The selected candidate will run successful procure-to-pay projects and tender processes for high-value services and contractors categories, ensuring optimal value from supply markets and effective risk management.

The Procurement Specialist will assist in deploying national and regional spend and supplier management strategies, collaborate with the Category team and stakeholders to identify opportunities, and deliver value against agreed targets around savings, risk management, and governance. This role also involves managing sourcing activities and end-to-end procurement processes for programs/projects, preparing tenders, contracts, and evaluation methodology documentation, facilitating contract documentation and award execution, and providing accurate and timely spend data and related insights for procurement categories and procure-to-pay processes.

  • Collaborate with the Category team and stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver value against agreed targets">

  • Prepare tenders, contracts, and evaluation methodology documentation">
  • Facilitate contract documentation and award execution">
  • Provide accurate and timely spend data and related insights for procurement categories and procure-to-pay processes">

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering, Law, or Finance">
  • Experience running successful tender processes across indirect categories, with previous facilities management experience highly regarded">
  • Strong analytical skills and competency with analytical tools to interpret information and provide insights/recommendations">
  • Advanced level skills within MS Office suite">
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills">
