Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and staff to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Work collaboratively with the Kindergarten's teaching staff to implement individualized support plans and strategies.
- Provide assistance with daily activities, such as mealtime, toileting, and outdoor play, to ensure the child's physical and emotional needs are met.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of programs and activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Communicate effectively with families and staff to ensure a collaborative approach to supporting the child's needs.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
- Understanding of and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and privacy.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to relate to others with kindness, respect, and positivity.
- Demonstrated experience working with preschool children and/or in a preschool setting.
- A casual position with approximately 27.84 per hour plus 25% casual loading.
- A well-established organization with a strong reputation for providing high-quality services.
