Early Childhood Activity Group Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Childhood Activity Group Leader to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support to our kindergartens across various locations, ensuring quality education and care.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage teaching and learning programs across multiple kindergartens in collaboration with the Kindergarten Coordinator.
- Ensure compliance with service policies, funding requirements, and relevant regulations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Quality Improvement Plan, promoting continuous improvement.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in line with the service's privacy policy.
- Stay current with trends and issues in early childhood services and maintain professional networks.
- Fulfill the responsibilities of a nominated supervisor, ensuring compliance with the Education and Care Services Act and Regulations.
- Act decisively on urgent matters, as needed, to ensure the service meets required standards.
- Carry out additional duties as directed by the Kindergarten Coordinator.

- Minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent

- Proven experience working with children in an education or care environment
