Early Childhood Intervention Assistant

About the Role
Noah's Ark is a not-for-profit organisation providing Early Childhood Intervention and inclusion support services to children with disabilities and additional needs.
As a Kindergarten Inclusion Support Additional Assistant, you will support the Kindergarten's teaching staff to provide an environment that is responsive to the individual strengths, abilities, and interests of all children, including those with a disability, additional support needs and/or complex medical needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with children that are supportive and responsive to their individual needs.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy.
- Relate to others with kindness, respect, and positivity.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working with preschool children and/or in a preschool setting.
- Ability to work casual hours.
