Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Centre Consultant. As a key member of our Roadside Assistance Centre, you will be the first point of contact for our members and commercial clients experiencing roadside vehicle breakdown.
As a Call Centre Consultant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service, responding to incoming calls, and resolving customer enquiries in a professional and empathetic manner. You will work closely with other team members to improve productivity and adhere to monthly KPIs and call standards.
About YouWe are looking for a confident and passionate individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, call centre environment. You will have a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask. You will also have a strong knowledge of Adelaide metropolitan and SA country areas, as well as proficiency with MS Office software and database systems.
