About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales leader to join our team in the East Coast offices, Brisbane, Melbourne, or Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead national teams of business development professionals across Building Automation and Security domains.
  • Develop strategic key customer relationships and support sales professionals in customer visits and negotiations.
  • Act as first-level escalation for respective cases and issues.
  • Drive sales initiatives and ensure the team evolves to sell customers outcomes leveraging digital portfolio capabilities.
Requirements
  • A successful track record in selling roles.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Techincal appreciation of security or building automation systems is beneficial but not required.
