Job Title: Digital Product Strategist

The role of a Digital Product Strategist is pivotal in driving the transition of enterprise-level workspaces from Webex to MS Teams. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent documentation and policy writing skills, and effective team management and mentoring abilities.

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for telephony and video conferencing capabilities.
  • Ensure alignment with the company's strategic direction and customer needs.
  • Provide leadership to a team of productivity and collaboration specialists.
  • Act as the Product Owner for various technologies and services.
  • Monitor and improve service quality, delivering within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Engage with IT industry vendors and manage relationships effectively.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in communication technology.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience and knowledge in IT technology and infrastructure.
  • Mandatory - Microsoft teams rooms and video conferencing project experience.
  • Proficiency in Agile and Scrum practices.
  • ITIL knowledge (Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in contract and financial management.
