Director of Digital Growth

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a proven ability to develop and implement strategic advice to senior management. Experience working within an agency environment is highly desirable, particularly with a focus on digital marketing strategy (SEO, SEM, PPC).
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the digital marketing team and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives
- Managing and developing digital marketing strategies for key clients
- Tracking and analysing data from SEO, Google Analytics, PPC, and social media to advise clients and internal teams on ROI and KPIs for campaigns
Requirements include:
- 4-5+ years' experience in a similar position or experience managing a small team
- Experience working within an agency environment and driving business growth through digital marketing
- A natural ability to lead and help people grow
- Ability to problem solve and create solutions for the improvement of internal infrastructure
