">Your primary duties will include welcoming guests and completing check-in and check-out procedures using the hotel system OnQ. You will also be responsible for making and adjusting guest reservations, managing guest requests, inquiries, and complaints, and maintaining knowledge of daily VIP, hotel products, services, pricing, and promotional offers.
">In addition to these responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to work on a rotating shift basis in a variety of departments including Reservations, MAGIC, Concierge, and Executive Lounge. This will allow you to gain valuable experience and skills in different areas of the hotel industry.
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. You should also have previous reception experience in hospitality or a related field, and be fluent in English for professional communication with guests and team members.
