Hotel Service Representative Role

  • Empathic ability to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized support
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Opera PMS
  • Manual driver's license
  • Familiarity with Sydney and the surrounding New South Wales region
  • Proactive approach to duties and responsibilities
