**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front Office All Rounder to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for greeting guests with a warm welcome, providing exceptional service, and ensuring that every interaction is memorable.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests with a smile and making them feel at home
- Providing excellent customer service by anticipating their needs and responding promptly, efficiently, and courteously
- Ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes
- Maintaining high levels of professionalism and adhering to procedures related to guest confidentiality, issuing room keys, handling credit cards, and cash handling
- Managing guest and hotel accounts accurately and efficiently
- Promoting the Accor Live Limitless loyalty program and encouraging guests to join during all interactions
- Ensuring the security of guests and their possessions
- Handling guest complaints in a positive manner and escalating as required
- Providing food and beverage service, including barista and bar service, food preparation, and maintaining high levels of food safety
- Communicating effectively with other departments, such as Housekeeping, Reservations, and Maintenance, to ensure that guest requests are completed efficiently
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist in the hospitality industry (preferred)
- Experience in Hotel Front Office using OPERA Cloud (advantageous)
- A passion for service excellence and fluency in the English language
- Confident, vibrant, outgoing, and professional personality with the ability to juggle competing demands
- Ability to multitask and complete several tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to ensure that guest requests are met immediately
- Immaculate presentation
- Physical fitness to complete a full shift on your feet
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
- Current NSW RSA Certificate
- Experience using a Barista coffee machine or willingness to attend a training course for making coffee
- Full Australian working rights with no restrictions
