This is an exciting opportunity to join the Medical Recruitment Services team at NSW Health as a Recruitment Officer. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment and selection process for senior medical officers.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including candidate shortlisting, organizing interviews, and drafting advertisements.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and locum doctors to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Conduct employment checks and credentialing of senior doctors.
- Book travel and accommodation for locum appointments.
- Provide exceptional customer service to high-level managers and physicians.
- Highly skilled administrator with a can-do attitude and positive outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Understanding of or experience within the NSW Health or public health sector is an advantage.
- Experience or understanding of internal recruitment and/or agency recruitment is also beneficial.
