
Regional Health and Safety Specialist

We are a fuel and lubricant distributor operating throughout regional Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and guidance to ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Security (HSSE) standards and regulations.
- Support leaders to implement HSSE standards and promote our company's Target Zero culture.
- Conduct and manage HSSE incident investigations, developing and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop procedures, HSE documentation, and conduct regular audits of HSSE processes and systems.
- Drive and support health and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.
- Maintain a regular travel schedule to engage with employees.
- Monitor applicable HSSE legislative changes and communicate to the network.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in a similar role.
- Relevant HSSE qualifications.
- Ability to regularly travel.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
