Job Title:

Senior Workforce Specialist


About the Role:

This is a full-time position located at our Lavington office to commence as soon as practicable. The Senior Workforce Specialist will support the balanced health and wellbeing of all staff, assist employees on their return to work journey, and communicate with external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the health and wellbeing of staff
  • Assist employees on their return to work
  • Liaise with external stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have experience in employee wellbeing, employee relations or similar HR roles. They should possess strong knowledge of employee relations, conflict management, and performance management, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
