This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled production technician with venue-based experience to share their knowledge and skills with the next generation of industry professionals.

You will be responsible for delivering technical training and development programs that meet the needs of our learners and support the growth and development of our industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver technical training and development programs for production technicians">
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of our training programs to ensure they meet the needs of our learners and industry">
  • Collaborate with our team to identify training needs and develop solutions to address them">
  • Maintain accurate records of learner progress and assessment results">
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain your skills and expertise">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification">
  • Proven experience as a production technician in the live entertainment and events industry">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team">
  • High level of organisational skills and attention to detail">

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
