Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the team for all field-based activities related to assurance and build projects.
  • Provide high-level support, including travel, scheduled after-hours tasks, and on-call responsibilities.
  • Manage field operations and network assurance for our passive and active network, focusing on upgrades and maintenance.
  • Resolve escalations and provide technical support at client sites.
Requirements:
  • Technical background in conducting FTTx maintenance and restoration.
  • Expertise in network assurance with one or more nbn technologies such as Ethernet, DWDM, GPON, or VDSL.
  • Natural problem-solving skills with a methodological approach.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Highly organized team player with excellent communication skills.
