About the Role

This permanent position involves technical field support for network upgrades and assurance activities, requiring strong knowledge of FTTx maintenance and restoration, as well as robust network assurance expertise in nbn technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level field support, including travel and after-hours activities
  • Participate in an on-call roster and respond to after-hours call-outs
  • Manage field operations and resolve escalations
Requirements
  • Techncial background in conducting FTTx maintenance and restoration
  • Robust network assurance expertise in one or more nbn technologies
  • Natural problem-solving skills with a methodological approach
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work in a dynamic environment
