Customer Sales and Service Representative
A dynamic organization seeks a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Sales and Service Representative.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in construction supplies and methodologies to join our team based in Beenleigh.
We are looking for someone who is honest, diligent, and enthusiastic about contributing to our company's success.
As a good communicator with strong PC skills, you will enjoy working as part of a close-knit team and interacting with a variety of individuals on a daily basis.
The position involves serving customers, monitoring stock levels, quoting projects, organizing logistics, monitoring suppliers, direct/personal marketing to local businesses, general marketing, and managing administrative tasks using Excel/Word.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Monitor stock levels and manage inventory effectively
- Prepare quotes for projects and negotiate deals
- Organize logistics and ensure timely deliveries
- Monitor current suppliers and seek out beneficial alternatives
- Develop and implement direct/personal marketing strategies to local businesses
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement general marketing strategies
- Manage administrative tasks using Excel/Word
