Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Regional Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing regional IT operations, providing customer service, and working closely with the Regional IT Manager to meet support needs of end user environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage regional IT service delivery, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the Regional IT Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving IT service delivery and reducing costs.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
  • Participate in incident response and escalation processes, working closely with the IT Service Centre/Help Desk to resolve complex issues.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in an IT environment, preferably in a regional coordination role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
