Regional Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Regional Project Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality professional learning for teachers and school leaders across Victoria.

This role involves working closely with Academy teams, Department of Education, and Independent and Catholic sectors to develop and deliver programs at the regional centres.

The successful applicant will possess strong project management skills, including the ability to scope, plan, and deliver programs that achieve clear objectives. They will also be able to build trusted relationships and consult effectively with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Applying project management expertise to scope, plan, and deliver programs
  • Building trusted relationships and consulting with stakeholders
  • Analysing and presenting data to monitor program performance

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications or equivalent experience working in a dynamic team environment. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
