Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Improve Forecasts and Reporting: Support the business by providing improved forecasts and accurate reporting. Present key insights to stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • Own the Merchandise Relationship: Drive enhancements in forecast accuracy and own the merchandise relationship, ensuring continuous improvement throughout the planning function.
  • Generate Action Plans and Mitigation Strategies: Utilize demand planning reports to generate clear action plans and mitigation strategies.
  • Build Key Inputs and Strategies: Build key inputs and strategies for the Demand TIR (Total Inventory Review), supporting execution of the Merchandise Product Strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Demonstrate skills in data analysis and reporting, with experience in Excel and Power BI.
  • Effective Communication: Possess excellent communication skills and empathy in dealing with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Qualifications: Hold a qualification in Data Analysis, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, Inventory, Supply Chain, or Logistics, or have relevant experience.
